Step by Step Construction

Whether you’re familiar with construction or building for the first time, Marwynn guides you through all the pre-planning stages with the designers and architects. Our proactive approach gives you options based on your budget—so there are never any surprises.

    1. Initial proposal

    • Site, drawings, schedules and specifications
    • Preliminary budgetary proposal

    2. Detailed Contract

    • Finalized contract will begin ordering of materials and trades scheduling
    • Detailed work schedule of start and finish dates

    3. Site walk-through

    • Walk-through of the site layout
    • Review plans and explain renovation process

    4. Permit approvals

    • Building permits and construction approval
    • Status followup to keep to schedule

    5. Payment Schedule

    • Tracked progress on a bi-weekly basis
    • Detailed breakdown of all labour, materials, and sub trade costs
    • Payment is due upon receipt of progress claim

    6. Client inspection

    • Completion inspection and list any item that you feel requires attention
    • Deficiencies attended to immediately
    • All workmanship is guaranteed
