Hemlock soffit detailing adds warmth, grounding the minimalist aesthetic in organic texture.

Inside, poured concrete floors flow like stone pathways, cool and fluid, connecting expansive living spaces. Floor-to-ceiling custom metal-clad windows from Austria dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, framing views of towering evergreens and coastal light.
