STEP-BY-STEP CONSTRUCTION

INITIAL PROPOSAL

We begin with a comprehensive review of your site, drawings, schedules, and specifications. You’ll receive a preliminary budgetary proposal to set clear expectations from the start.

SITE WALKTHROUGH

Before construction begins, we’ll walk through the site with you, review the plans in detail, and explain the building process to ensure you’re fully informed.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Our transparent payment process includes monthly progress tracking and detailed breakdowns of all labor, materials, and subcontractor costs. Payments are due upon receipt of progress claims, so you always know where your investment stands.

DETAILED CONTRACT & SCHEDULING

Once the proposal is finalized, we’ll secure materials and schedule trades. A detailed work schedule outlines start and finish dates, keeping the project on track.

PERMIT APPROVALS

We handle all necessary building permits and construction approvals, with regular follow-ups to ensure timelines stay on schedule.

CLIENT INSPECTION & COMPLETION

As we near completion, we’ll conduct a thorough walk-through with you to identify any items needing attention. Deficiencies are addressed immediately, and all workmanship is guaranteed to meet our high standards—and yours.

    Absolutely! We collaborate seamlessly with your preferred professionals to ensure the project reflects your vision.
  • How long does a custom home project take?
    Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, but we’ll provide clear estimates and regular updates throughout the process.
  • Do you provide a warranty on your work?
    Yes, all new builds with Marwynn Construction come with the BC New Home Warranty, also known as the 2-5-10 Warranty. This warranty provides tiered coverage over a 10-year period.
